Refund & return

To return your item, please send an email to"allyearsofficial@gmail.com" and we will provide you with a return address.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days after receiving the goodsdays of receipt. All items must be in good condition.
Once we receive your order, we will process your request for a refund or replacement, which is for item only and does not include the original postage. No refund or replacement will be accepted if the item appears to have been worn, washed or damaged.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and the label still attached. If your items arrive in additional packaging, such as dust bags, this must also be returned.
All items must be on resale condition.
Items such as special products for customized services are not exchangeable.
The company was unable to pay the freight for the return.
All returns are responsibility of the customer until the goods are returned by our return department.
Please make sure that all returns are packed in good condition to avoid any damage during transit.
When returning clothes, bags, jewelry, shoes, socks, hats, etc. make sure the box is protected by an outer wrapping. The case is part of the product and any damage may result in the return being refused.
